Sparkling NV

It has been 10 years since we re-launched our Meadowbank label with winemaker Peter Dredge. Over each of the past 10 years we have produced two traditional method 'vintage' sparklings - our spectacular Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs - both of which have become very well loved.

So what better way to commemorate this 10 year milestone than to pop the cork on a brand new sparkling wine!

Introducing our 'Sparkling NV' - a delightfully fun and fruity blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier, which has been crafted for pure enjoyment. This wine is another perfect expression of the cool-climate purity which shines in our hidden vineyard. With minimal sugar added, the natural vibrancy of our fruit takes centre stage, delivering fine bubbles and a refreshingly dry, effortlessly drinkable finish.

For those unfamiliar with the term 'NV' - this stands for non-vintage - which means this wine has been made from Meadowbank fruit harvested over multiple years and reserved exclusively for this product. Thereby making this wine a blend of different vintages, rather than a single vintage like our other traditional method sparklings.

You can expect flavour in abundance and a beautiful golden hue, with a taste of red toffee apples alongside hints of sourdough brioche. Pop the cork and let the good times flow!

Elegant yet unpretentious, this sparkling wine is the perfect accompaniment to long lunches, sunset toasts, and dancing well past dessert.
