SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs
Delivery is Free Of Charge (FOC) for any order of 6 bottles or more, to all capital cities and most regional areas within Australia. For orders of less than 6 bottles there is a flat-rate $15 shipping fee.
In the rare event we are unable to ship your wine order we will notify you by email within 7days and offer a full refund.
Delivery timeframe
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order. Please allow up to a further 7 working days for delivery to be made from time wine is shipped from farm to courier.
Meadowbank Wine uses Fastway Courier and Australia Post as its preferred courier options.
Shipping Destinations
We ship goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact Alex Deane (alex@meadowbank.com.au) to discuss international options.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 7 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
REFUND POLICY
We do not normally need to give refunds as our wines are tasted regularly. The use of screw caps eliminates issues relating to “corked wines”. However if you are for some reason unsatisfied with our wines please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your issues.
